I am giving 5 stars for the house staff. My Mom lived at New Day for 2 months before passing away. There were some bumps in the road, but the staff mostly took heart-centered care of my Mom, and I would recommend this home to others based on that. The issues I had were with the owner. When I met with him to sign the paperwork for my Mom to move there, he told me I had to sign a release for them to use her photo in their ads and on social media, even though I was adamantly opposed. Place. The way they care for their residents is truly a blessing. The residents are always happy and well cared for with love. I am blessed by this place. And I am so happy to be a part of this amazing company. That always put the residents needs above all else.
Steve, Ginger and the rest of New Day Cottage's staff are caring, supportive and attentive. Since moving to New Day Cottages last year, my mother's health has improved, she has found new friends, and having a place to call home had been a tremendous blessing!
