I sent my iron in for repair but unfortunately it was not able to be repaired. Nelson Appliance was able to get my iron replaced under warranty and I received a brand new iron in the mail. They were very helpful and communicated well with me about what was going on. I highly recommend them for appliance repairs!
In today's environment, it seems like a rarity when a business tells you something and then they make good on what they told you. Nelson did just that. My uber expensive super-automatic espresso machine had a hiccup and when I called Nelson they told me that it would take them three weeks from the day I dropped it off to even look at it to give me a repair estimate. Hey, they are the only place in the whole state so what was I to do?When I dropped it off I noted there were dozens of machines lined up for service so the delay made sense. Very good appliance repair people. They may not be the speediest, but if you want someone you can trust and who genuinely wants to do the best for their customers then this is the place to go! It's good to see a business that is a professional and honest.
