This company is horrible please don't use them. They didn't act like they wanted us to view a house and when talking to Meredith she kept giving these weird vibes to my wife. When our credit was ran with another company before applying we knew we had the credit but Meredith said we were under qualified. When I asked her what's the problem because I passed with another company she proceeded to say we were aggressive asking the question which gave my wife and I Karen vibes. When I told her she was on a recorded line she hung up... If your a person of color please leave them alone before she hung up she told me if I pay 2 years worth of rent she would approve me. Super incompetent on their part. Scheduled a viewing, confirmed the time, then nobody was there at the appointment. Called about it, they tried to tell me no i didn’t have an appointment and when i read email receipts they said “sorry we got mixed up” why did you confirm the appointment then? really frustrating to be inconsiderate of peoples times and being unorganized isn’t something i want from landlords.
i didn’t even bother scheduling another one i just hung up the phone. super inconsiderate and rude. after reading these reviews i can’t even say im surprised they have less than four stars lol.

Took 6 months to replace a broken window and regularly took 5+ days to respond to emails. Took 1,100 from our security deposit here's a list of the highlights.

-clean $275 (the place was very clean when we left, much cleaner then it was when we moved in)

-caulked tub $43 - sounds to me like home maintenance, not abnormal wear or tear

-painted 3 walls $235. - we caused no damage to the walls

-replace broken blind $70 - we did not damage blinds, several were damaged before move in which was listed on the pre-move in inspection

-hallways lens replaced $42 - was already missing at move in
