Seth and Shawna (owners) are hands on and very easy to work with. I received 5 bids for a new roof and gutters. McWilliams was the only contractor to give me a bid without first looking at the insurance payout, inspiring my trust from the beginning. They were very transparent throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way and communicating with me often. The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, and the cost was very fair. It feels good to pay a contractor who you trust, who does great work, and who are good people to boot.
