The spa offers a true Chinese Massage, which is much deeper than a Swedish or American massage. It may not be the fanciest place, nor the most ambient, but it delivers on the massage quality. Customers praise the great massages at a good price. The owner of Lily Massage Spa is known for providing the best massages in Colorado Springs. However, some customers have reported issues with the payment process and tipping policies, which may need improvement.
Update: Lily Spa employee reached out to us and apologized for the issue and offered us a discount if we were willing to return. I’m very glad they did as we really loved the quality massages. Language barrier may still be an issue in the future for scheduling but at least they made the effort and that’s all we can ask. Prior: Horrible customer service!!! We use to go here a few times a month and always had good service and tipped well. Since the COVID closure and reopen the service is crap!!!! We have called ahead had our spots given away with no care from anyone. Just tell us to come back tomorrow! We will never return, you have lost long term clients with your lack of service.
very professional, knew exactly what tiger points to work out. clean environment, friendly staff, very reasonable prices. my husband and I had a couple's massage, we enjoyed every minute.
