Worked on my new generec generator. During the repair found what caused the breakdown. Made the repair on that part of the generator. Reseat the computer on the generator. He found that there had been no damages. The genorator is up and working good.
I cannot say enough about the service and quality installation from Lenz Electric on my Generac generator. From the initial quote to the finished install and all the scheduling and invoicing in between, Lenz was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Lenz installed a Generac standby generator for me. Chad Lenz developed the proposal, which I found complete, well-done and reasonably priced. They did a great job on the installation with minimal disruption and restored my simple landscaping quite well. A Generac supply issue delayed the installation, but Lenz stayed on top of the problem and completed the job as quickly as possible. The people in the office and doing the install were helpful and courteous. It was all-in-all a great experience and they have my strong recommendation.
