The staff was responsive and this lawyer even looked out for me when it seemed like the opposing lawyer was looking to inflate the cost of her client. By doing this, the opposing counsel would would increase my cost, but my lawyer refused to do the same. I appreciated her integrity regarding this matter during this stressful time. She was available via Gmail even when my schedule didn't allow me to contact her during normal business hours.
