Felt like I was VIP! Incredible customer service along with fast and prompt solutions when the manufacturer doesn't have what's needed. They went out of thier way to drive to another facility for a part that the manufacturer didnt have so I didnt have to go a month without hot water.I Can't say enough great things about this company and thier staff. Just wanted to say a big Thank You to landmark plumbing for taking care of our water heater warranty issue. Tanya and Gavin went above and beyond expectations to contact the manufacturer and order parts after my initial contact resulted in a part that did not fix the issue and another couple of days without hot water.
