Similar to the other reviews. I previously worked with Ron who was great! Unfortunately once he was no longer able to work, my experience drastically changed. Truly awful what I was put through last year.
July 22,2022I called the office in Colo Springs several times over 2 days. They had closed the office and never notified anyone. Atlas said they merged with kozlewski and yet Atlas didn't notify me either. Do you self a favor and find another CPA. We were charged almost double what Ron Petty CPA charged. Ron Petty was great. He had heart surgery and had to sell the business. Thanks Ron for 20 years of great and accurate accounting.
In short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I submitted my taxes for preparation the beginning of March. They were still not ready by today, April 12. After a month of waiting, I started calling multiple times a week to check on the status. The receptionist was rude each time, her tone was very negative, and she lied saying that they had talked to my wife today. I know this is a lie because my wife is not able to take calls while at work. Additionally, it took me asking for my paperwork back, so that I could take it elsewhere, for them to finally look into why my taxes were not done yet. I used to love working with them, but now I will not be using them again.
