K&S Flooring is a very reliable and professional team. We worked with Sergio and crew for 2 jobs. The initial was a small bedroom carpet replacement. It looked so good we decided to call Sergio back to do the other bedrooms. I cannot emphasize enough how professional this team is. Having strangers parade through your home can be uncomfortable. Sergio maintained constant communication of the coming and going, was very respectful, and was very accommodating to minor change order request. K&S will be our first call on our next floor project.
Sergio and his team have done amazing work at my house! I first hired them to install LVP and it turned out beautifully. They were able to fit me in their schedule quickly and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. While the LVP was being installed, they discovered that the subfloor underneath was pretty gnarly from pet urine stains (previous owner had dogs). Sergio and his team were quick to respond and scraped and primed the area and continued laying flooring. They went above and beyond! I hired K&S Flooring again to install carpet in my home and that turned out amazing as well! I have zero complaints. I’m going to hire them again soon to install tile in my master bathroom!
