Just For Kids Eyewear

The ladies here are so kind! Their smiles are contagious. They always seem to go above and beyond for us. I bring my 3 kids here, one with cognitive delays. They give us plenty of options and we never feel rushed. They search for other stock, colors and sizing without me even knowing they could do that. My kids are hard on glasses, they never fret about helping us with a new pair or even reordering identical pairs over the phone. We have used this place for years since our boys see the provider in the same location. Most of the time they have been great but this time has been horrible. After receiving the wrong lenses for one pair of the glasses they had us leave the frames for them to be swapped out upon arrival. That was fine and they ensured me that the glasses would be shipped out to me. We also were waiting on a trial pair of contacts that were guaranteed by 1/14. We don’t have the glasses or the contacts. I have called numerous times and left messages. No return call to address this. I am not sure we will be return customers after this.

Was very pleased by the service I received in general. In particular Shawnee was very helpful and made my kid feel at ease in a situation she otherwise would not have. So my thanks to her and the rest of the staff.
