He also insured we were getting the correct pad for our in-floor heat system. The installers, Bob and Ross, were efficient and professional. I've had a great experience with IQ Floors and would highly recommend them. Since the beginning, they were professional...the way that they measure your house to the point where you meet them in their showroom. Krista was excellent in pointing out why some carpets work better than others. They are also competitive in pricing. If you are redoing your flooring, I'd give them a call.
