People are great but they lie to you. You are quoted a price and then told it is a guarantee and lifetime that the hair growth does not return. Yet they don't tell you they only give you a certain amount of visits and then start charging again per visit after those sessions have completed. I then had to cancel previously due to work, she states my fees were waived for cancelling late. ok, fine! I had to cancel now because I still tested positive for COVID even though I feel good. Delilah & the nurse who was with her were absolutely amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable knowing I don’t like needles, my anxiety was gone. Not to mention the two ladies worked in tandem so perfectly! Highly impressed with the level of personal service
I was notified I could come in early so I did. I entered the office and was taken back before I could sit down. I feel everyone is very nice. My lady was great she just didn't get the hair under my nose like the first time. Not sure if that's normal or she forgot.Service: Laser hair removal
