We LOVE House of Dog! We live about an hour away, but we drive down to board our dog here anyway because this place is so good. My dog knows what vets offices look like and she will try to get back in the car if we go to the vet. When I pack her box to take her to House of Dog, she starts wagging her tail. When we get out of the car, she SPRINTS to the door to get inside. She is cautious around other dogs, but ever since boarding her at House of Dog she's been calmer in public and more interested in saying hello to other dogs. The peace of mind we get when we travel now is priceless. We KNOW she is well cared for and happy.
I feel so good leaving my pup with these guys. They send daily pawgress reports that show they’re meeting each dogs individual needs and making adjustments to groups when something’s not working. I also like that they limit group sizes to six dogs per person. I also used House of Dog for training and my boy has the best “drop it’s” in town as a result.
If you are looking for peace of mind when you board your dog, this is the right place. Knowing our Gordy is being loved and well taken care of while we are gone makes it so much easier to drop him off. He gets excellent socialization and the daily photos and videos help us stop worrying.
