He got our kitchen plumbing all set with a new valve (ours was 18 years old) so the appliance company could fix our dishwasher. Great recommendation from the appliance tech. HomeLand Mechanical is as good as it gets. So far they have installed a water heater, 10 years ago, a new furnace and A/C system 2 years ago and today they installed a new tankless water heater. When our crawl space flooded 2 years ago, Bill came and crawled through the mud to inspect the furnace, which was ruined from the water. He got the fans on it and when it was dry he brought his team in and they got the old one out and a whole new system put in before it got really cold.
