I had a new nest thermostat installed. While installing it, I notice we got an error for a missing common wire. I called and asked if someone could come out. To my satisfaction, they could come the next day. Brady came out, and hook up a new common wire and answer my many questions. Thank you Brady and Home Heating
Kyle Selner was the tech who replaced my kitchen faucet, put a new cartridge in the bathroom faucet and replaced the toilet seat in the bathroom. He did an excellent job. Everything is working well. He was easy to talk with and answered my questions. I appreciated his efficiency and cleanliness. I'm so glad that Home Heating has added the plumbing dept to their services. I really like the work that Kyle did at my home.
AWESOME! EXCELLENT! GREAT! We could not of asked for better service! Eric is very knowledgeable. Took the time to ask questions before he got started on investigating. Called the home office to ask for advice/ opinions on what to do on our older unit.
Our older furnace wouldn't kick-on the AC or heat. Eric investigated until he found our issue, a tiny piece of copper wire inside our thermostat wiring. Everything worked after that.
