5 Stars for High Performance Construction! They just did a roof replacement and full exterior paint job, and I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were on time, very professional, and did a fabulous job. The owner, Jim Lancaster, was involved from the beginning to the end. He checked up on the workers, kept us in the loop with all the work timelines, submitted all the insurance paperwork, and took the time to explain everything. His personal attention to the job was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use HPC again!

High Performance Construction is the real deal! They did siding repair and house painting for me in the last few years and I just had that project done again. Communication, explanation and attention to detail IS HPC. Jim is wonderful and patient. It is SO nice to find someone honest and trustworthy. The team was great and hardworking. Jim has even offered me assistance in finding help with some other non-related projects I need help with. Trust HPC, you won’t be disappointed! I appreciate you all!

We had a great experience with this company when we had our roof replaced so we knew exactly who to call when we decided to remodel 2 bathrooms and other miscellaneous upgrades in our home. All sub-contractors were excellent - professional and trustworthy. Jim made frequent stops by the house to check on progress and approve the work. He was completely upfront about all costs and did a great job overseeing this project which was completed within our timeframe.
