High Altitude Heating & Air

I chose High Altitude because I needed my fireplace cleaned and there are not many companies that do. Secondly, they had their basic pricing right there on the website. That gave me confidence they had nothing to hide. My tech, Jarret, was very professional and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and about to answer all of my questions and concerns. My fireplace looks new and is in top shape as is my furnace. I would absolutely recommend doing business with High Altitude.

Excellent service. We've needed them through the years and they've never disappointed with their quick response. Our heater went out 3 days ago. I called on Sunday, left a message, and got a phone call Monday morning. It said between 9am and 11am. The technician was out there before 9am and it was fixed quickly. Our ignitor went out and he had one on his truck. I will recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

David did a great job of checking/tuning up our furnace and refreshing our humidifier in preparation for Fall/Winter. Additionally, David cleaned up/out our fireplace, vacuumed it and checked to ensure it is also working properly. I had a question for David after he’d already re-installed the glass and screen (and cleaned them - thank you!). David patiently took the screen and glass off again and answered my question. David was on time, courteous and did a great job of ensuring all was in order and everything was tidy when he left. Thank you, David and High Altitude Heating & Air.
