Very happy with High Altitude's service. Our furnace failed on a cold January morning. High Altitude was responsive and had a technician here 1st thing. The tech was fast and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also did a few safety checks, tuned the blower speed, and adjusted gas intake pressure. Very reasonable fee.
Will be calling the again for all future HVAC services. Honest and reliable service! Something that's not all that common anymore. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable, he resolved all my concerns about the furnace as part of the annual maintenance. Great value!
Two excellent technicians did our furnace startups today- Josh and Julian. I have used this company for many years and rely on their care and maintenance of our heating and AC units.
They also installed a new AC and furnace a few years ago and that was a great experience and value.
