Was a bit worried with a lot of dishonest companies out there in the hvac, electrical field...especially the big names, but for me, they were 100% fair priced and surprisingly a littler lower than the other big guys around. They didn't BS on anything. I know what changing a water heater cost and other back end labors such as time, permits, etc and believe me they were fair priced

Will be using them on future repairs! Have an AC that is a bit old, and eventually will update on that as well when the time comes.

After several heating specialists came out to our church to fix a problem, HPE was the only team to resolve it, and in about 5 minutes. We have been going with them ever since. They were communicative, fairly priced and very friendly.

On a Sunday I had a very loud noise from my furnace. Being a weekend you hate to call a service person, but you never know if the problem is going to get worse if you wait, so I called HPE. Matthew arrived very soon and at first the noise didn't appear. But after we waited for a bit the noise started up. Matthew knew right away the problem and said Monday he would look into a replacement part. By Monday morning he had the part located and scheduled an appointment for the replacment. GREAT service.
