I am TRULY sorry to have to write this, but I'm seriously disappointed in the degradation of service and accountability. We were with the practice for 2 years and happy. We noticed, however, that ever since the practice went to the concierge model of business, the attitude of the staff and Dr. is one of annoyance, stonewalling, and ignoring of patient concerns or communications unless you have purchased their concierge service. They take no responsibility for their part in the reduction of service. I see we are not the only ones to make this observation and I would hope the practice would take the comments to heart and make constructive changes because I do believe they want to provide care, but at this point all I see is lack of accountability and responsibility for their part in the failing patient relationships: lots of childish excuses (it's not my fault, you behaved badly too, etc), and no ownership for their own contribution to issues. There are always misunderstandings and miscommunications in all relationships, but we would have expected a professional, adult response to concerns, which is not what we got. Everyone makes choices in how to respond and the choices made here were to blow off a patient in pain and need to defend their position.

To start this off I tried to call them to ask if they did anything such as gift certificates and was unable to contact anyone. I then decided to drive over and talk to them in person, upon arrival there was a posting on the door to call due to Covid concerns so I did just that and again I wasn’t able to contact anyone. I decided to walk in and ask the receptionist about a certificate, she wasn’t aware so she went to ask someone and 5-10 minutes later she came out and explained that she couldn’t get ahold of the doctor and she wasn’t sure if they had any. I then asked if I could just schedule my wife an appointment and prepay , she didn’t have an answer. Finally I just asked if I could schedule an appointment and her answer was NO! Is this how you run your business? You ignore calls, then ignore the phone when customers are directly outside the door? Then finally you deny them appointment’s? Absolutely horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Wasted about an hour and a half total dealing with everything.
