A 5 star massage but 3 stars on customer service. It seems to be a common occurrence that they pressure you to give more than a 20% tip. I just moved to the springs and I am looking for a massage place to go monthly. The girl at checkout tried to have me pay a 40% tip. It was super awkward so I agreed on 25$ (almost 30% tip). It made me very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. I will give them another chance and if it happens again I will not be returning.

Customer Service: 0.5/5 Massage: 5/5 I've been looking for a place that specializes in foot massages only and stumbled upon this massage spot. A 30 minute foot massage was priced at $40, so I figured why not. They tried to upsell me to a full body but I declined. There was a 5-10 minute wait for the masseuse to get there, which I didn't mind. Once she got there, she started immediately. Outside of making me take my toe rings off, the massage was quite relaxing and was exactly what I was looking for and was excited about the prospect of returning. The massage is usually pretty good, however today was probably my last time here. As others have mentioned, every time you go to pay they try to guilt you into tipping more than you already offered. Without fail expect them to ask for more.
