We moved into our dream house that, unfortunately, ended up having no working heat due to an extremely old furnace that needed to be replaced. Maggie became our fierce advocate with the owner. She answered calls after hours and showed us incredible empathy and compassion. This is the first place we have ever rented where the Management Company was on our side.

Falcon was surprisingly understanding, professional and reasonable, and knowledgeable in directing how I could move forward and still stay at in the property that I loved! Not what I expected from my prior experiences with property managers.
