I came to East Winds for preconception prep. I wanted to help regulate my body, while boosting my fertility and help to give myself the best chance at preparing for pregnancy, and a “take home baby” as Diane would say. For three months I came in for weekly acupuncture sessions, along with diligently following every recommendation Diane gave me. The combination of going strictly low carb high fat, taking all my supplements (and switching some I was previous taking to better versions), and weekly appointments was a lot to take on but so worth it!! I can say with gratitude and joy, that I’m now 15 weeks pregnant!!! Thank you Diane for all the personal attention you gave to my situation, looking at everything that was going on with me as a whole picture and being the one to help get me to where I am now.
