I'm not someone who leaves reviews, but feel this is an important one to post. If all you need is a babysitter (a bad one) for your loved one, this is the place for you! If the person you love needs any medical care at all, DO NOT trust this place. The staff (aside from a select few) are rude and seem inconvenienced by their patients. We overheard the staff on a few occasions talking badly about my Mom, and she was the sweetest woman in the place. Very unprofessional and no bedside manner. My Mom was very sick, and they had no idea what to do with her so her health declined, physically and mentally. Kept asking to see the Dr and a therapist, they would assure us they would send them, and never did. She passed soon after being released (too soon because they thought her insurance was lapsing and didn't make us aware...it's all about money, but we were also relieved to get her out of that place.) I could go on and on, but that about sums it up. They have ruined my opinion of rehab facilities and will never leave someone I love in one again. Look elsewhere!
My father was accepted here to receive 5 days of physical therapy. He received one day of therapy before being discharged. They we supposed to do a physical therapy session on Sunday and that did not happen. When he was transported to the facility from the hospital, he was wheeled up to his room and left there without anyone coming in to explaining what to expect. We had to ask the lady who brought his dinner in what is happening. She had to find a nurse to explain the protocol which was about an hour after we arrived. Not a good experience.
My wife shattered the bone in her forearm and (I feel this is appropriate) was incarcerated in this awful place. What's weird is that I cannot communicate with her to discuss a legal matter. They may be hooked up with UCHealth which is going downhill.
