Excellent, Honest, and Accurate. Steve came out due to two other companies failing at responding. I called on a Thursday morning due to another company tech calling off. The amazing office manager, listened to my issue and reviewed the technicians scheduled and was able to get us in first thing Friday morning. Not only was Steve on time and professional, he reviewed the One Source Technician notes and concluded nothing was wrong with the system except the One Source technician turned off the breaker and left wire disconnected 2 weeks earlier during a routine inspection. 5 stars! This company was amazing to work with. The owner is a terrific guy, super kind, very knowledgeable, and took the extra time explaining everything to me for our new AC install. Highly recommend and will use them again anytime we have an HVAC need in the future.
