I was looking for a braider since I had just moved to Colorado from Cali. Not had much success. One kept cancelling on me, one was very rude and the other did not do a good job on my hair. I had seen the information on Dear Madame Walker Hair Salon and I was so scared to contact them because of the negative experiences that I had so far, so I leaped. I don't know who answered the phone, but she was very, very helpful and polite, we even laughed together! Well, I was connected to Naomi and we set an appointment she and I went into detail about what I wanted, at least a week before my appointment. Talk about handling business. Made the appointment for 8 am that morning and she was there waiting for me. Very pleasant, quite respected, and made my hair look beautiful. Naomi gave off positive vibes and the experience was very relaxing. Positive music! I need to find her number because it is about time again. Oh, did I tell y'all that my hubby loves my hair? Ok, I did not but you get the idea, I get many compliments, but the best things is that I am very happy about the look.
