From the representative who knocked on our door to the representative who confirmed the appointment and then especially Dawson who inspected our roof and explained everything and Bri who helped track down materials and tend to the details, our experience has been A+ 5/5 stars. (Can we do 10 out of 5 stars?) Dawson is our primary contact, and he knows his stuff! He did a thorough inspection of our roof, being careful to have me where I could observe what he was seeing--he actually walked the roof and went up into our atic space to examin shingles, decking , and struts. I really like how professional and courteous Dawson and mark were, they really knew their product well and was very friendly and outgoing, was very impressed with the product and presentation and am looking forward to my new roof
