I had an issue with a job done by COS Cleaning & Restoration from a while ago that somehow got lost in the shuffle. Immediately after I expressed my discontent, Jose called my directly and asked me what he could do to make things right. I really appreciated that type of good customer service. Within a week, both Jose and his dad came out personally to rectify the outstanding issues, and I'm really pleased with the final results. The great customer service, a long time after I originally hired COS Cleaning & Restoration, is the reason I gave a 5-star review. I'm also very happy with the final results of the job.
Jose was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my dryer vent issues. He told me what he was doing and what he found and how he resolved the issue. He gave me suggestions to make things better. He communicated with me as to his arrival as well. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommended him.
