I should have done this review in early May. We were so blown away by the service provided. Knowledgeable response on the first phone contact, next day estimate despite being 100 miles from CSprngs, 4th day install by the sweetest techs, 8th day startup demo.
But the product is magnificent. We're HWBB so our only alternative was mini split heat pump AC. I have COPD and this summer's heat and smoke would have been a real trial. No problem. Cool clean air. Thank you Comfort by Design.

Called this company in a pinch with high heat in the city and no AC, the owner himself came out to meet with me and had me scheduled very quickly with a more than competitive quote. The installers were very kind and knowledgeable and got the entire system including a water heater installed within 5 hours of starting. Following the install I had questions on the system and they have scheduled me a visit from the quality control manager to walk with me and take a look.
