I called Scott on July 22, 2021 about 6:00 p.m. in the evening and he picked up his phone and I was explaining a situation that I had that a gentleman said that he was a electrician but could but a water heater in . He said he worked for a plumbing company for a year. He worked for an electrical company and he knew how to put it in water heater. 12 to 13 Hours later after him going to home depot 4 times. I sent pictures to Scott and he sent David out to look at everything as the gentleman had told me there was a leak in the crawl space . David came out he reassured me that there was no leak in the crawl space. On July 26th at 8:30 in the morning. Jeremy arrived and he put my hot water heater backup to code and he did an awesome job I appreciate you guys for changing your schedule around for me it was a tough lesson to learn I will never go to anybody else there isn't licensed and insured once again I appreciate you guys I would give you 20 stars if I could thank you so much for going up and beyond and I will definitely recommend you And your company You guys are awesome
