I was referred to Dr Spaur by one of my health providers for the dysfunction in my back and hips which was causing me chronic pain and limited mobility. After 7 years of no solution, or an understanding of the problem I was considering prescription pain management and eventually surgery. I was surprised by how well Dr Spaur listened to me and communicated detailed explanations of the nerve, skeletal and muscular structures, as well as the possible sources of my dysfunction. Active Release Technique is the first thing to help my carpal tunnel after nearly a year of having it. The doctors at Champion Health are extremely knowledgeable and clearly invested in seeing their patients improve!
