We moved here a year ago and we came for our cat's yearly visit. The staff and Dr. Reed were wonderful with her. She's not usually a skittish cat but even she was super at ease at CatTails. They even called us for a cancellation and got us in early which worked out great. Will definitely be coming to CatTails exclusively and would 100% recommend them.
We started at cattails about a year ago when we moved to the springs with our cat. We have had our cat for 17years and they were so wonderful working with us as his age stated taking a toll on him. They were always caring. When Eric (our cat) recently stopped eating completely they were quick to get us in to the Dr that day. The Dr was so supportive and helpful as we navigated the hardest decision of our lives. As we had to say goodbye to our angel the care and compassion of all the staff is what got us through it all. This clinic is the best I have ever seen, we had a cat that was not eating and drinking and we were so scared and worried. They were able to fit us in and all of the staff were super kind. They constantly kept us updated and offered support. They provided various food samples for our cat because he was only eating certain ones and it was a huge help. I would for sure come back to this clinic if I ever needed help with my cat and I will recommend it to everyone. They do an amazing job at comforting and providing a friendly safe environment that has a calming effect.
