on time, courteous, very professional, very cautious with my vehicle, and unbelievably low price, I almost didn't believe the quote! Being a professional class A driver for over 20 yrs I have to tip my hat to them. One time over 10 yrs ago in Austin Texas my mechanic got a DWI test driving my pickup, I was there the next day ( worked 100 miles away)...... cost me 495.00!!! I walked funny all week. lol I have some towing experience and I'm not sure I'd want to do it in this weather that cheap! GREAT PLACE

I called for tow was told 30 - 45 minutes. I called back twice in my 2 hr wait, once was told there was a truck issue on thier end, 2nd time was told they be here shortly. After 2:15 hrs waiting called another company & then called bumblebee to canceled. Their driver called me back & asked why I would do that when he is on his way. I was explaining to him my very long wait & that they were not up front about my wait time, & was being polite, & while I was speaking he hung up on me. Did not even get I'm sorry mam
