Very happy with my boots repair. Alex quoted me the price and left it up to me to determine if I felt the repair was worth it. My soles were splitting from the shoe and I had tried some shoe glue, but that did not last long. Alex rebuilt the soles and I'm very happy to have them permanently fixed now. I already wore them around the snow and my feet stayed dry.

He made fun of my shoes and said they were garbage, but he did an incredible job fixing them, and honestly, he was right. Lol.I have an actual good pair of shoes I'm going to bring to him next week. Very trust worthy and competent, which are increasingly rare qualities in service businesses today.

I am very hard on my shoes, especially the heels. I took in two pairs of boots for repair. One of them was in very bad shape. The other one I didn't think was too bad, but Alex showed me that I was about to walk all the way through the rubber. He did an amazing job repairing them. The one pair I thought I'd have to give up but I will get another couple years out of it. I am very happy with the work he did, and I will be bringing more pairs to him as needed!
