Started off with a Groupon, then decided to purchase two packages from her. Her scheduling is so whacked! I could never get in to get what I paid for. I did have a couple no shows, and I agreed to pay her no show fee of $30, but the rest were scheduling conflicts on her end. When I complained and asked my bank to dispute the payment to her she lied and told Square (her bank) that I signed an agreement regarding refunds. What? I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Matter of fact, she later (after the dispute) sent me a text telling me “the next time I come in I need to sign some documents “. I went to my next appointment and she never had me sign anything. I bought two massage packages from Melinda back in 2017. She came highly recommend by a friend and so I spent close to $400 for 10 or 12 massages. I have YET to receive all of them! Melinda's appointments are ridiculous! She shouldn't put a groupon out there if she cannot service her clientele in a timely manner. Secretary? What secretary? I ended up calling my back to reverse the payment to her about 7 months after purchasing those packages. Melinda told my bank that "I signed paperwork stating that refunds were not allowed". That's a lie! Melinda talked to me after my bank contacted her and she told me that I would need to sign some paperwork... read full review

I bought a groupon in December of 2016 as a gift for my wife. I was told that there were no openings within the time the groupon would expire but I could put her on the "cancellation call list" and the groupon would never expire that way. That was in April of 2017. It has been over 2 years and she never got a call.
