Everyone—from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors—has been so helpful and informative as we traverse the process of removing a mass from our cat’s tail, requiring amputation. The cost ended up being less than estimated (yay!) and every step of the process, both in and out of the hospital, was thoroughly explained and addressed. All staff are friendly, informative, and sensitive—lovely people. Thank you to everyone who we worked with! 10/10 recommend this hospital.
Melissa was the most comforting vet tech I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. I was absolutely manic for 2 days when my dog Moose was under the weather. She let me be the crazy dog owner I needed to be and reassured me they would take great care of him, and they did. Thank you so much to the vet staff. I come monthly for Moose’s librella shot, but never had to deal with an emergency until now and I am so thankful I chose this vet. I’ll see you guys next month under better circumstances! ??
