Best Barber Shops In Colorado Springs

“Couldn’t be happier! Been going to a barbershop for a few years that looks like a child’s bedroom with tiger rugs and filthy as could be. Previous place was over $100 for a haircut and beard trim. Every barber but one was always dressed like they just rolled out of bed. Completely unprofessional and overpriced.
Dapper North will be my go to stop from now on. Clean, everyone is professional, and the prices can’t be beat! Can’t recommend enough!!“

“I never really give 1 star reviews, and I wish I could leave one about an actual cut or hair dye job, but was never given the chance due to the appointment I booked not being honored.

I booked over a week ago (on a Saturday) for last Sunday to get my hair dyed with Justin. It might not have been the greatest sign when he had messaged me thinking I booked to do the hair coloring the same day, and didn't actually pay attention to the scheduled day/time, but I just found it funny, and shrugged it off! We all have brain farts yeah?

Come Sunday I drive all the way up there. The booking site sent me somewhere else, but based on their hours I didn't find it too strange that Justin might do services at house or something. I go to that address... Message Justin through the same number we had used, and get zero response. I decide to drive to the barber shop just in case, and they are of course closed.

It is now two days later, and I still haven't heard anything which the lack of communication is the worst part. The event I am going to is in two days with me getting on the plane early, and with it being this close now I can't find anyone else to do my hair. RIP me I guess!

If you don't work those hours they shouldn't be selectable, and at the very least: Communicate.

Edit as of 7/27/25: While I am planning on keeping my grievances on here due to the fact that I was still left High & Dry for the event I was going to, but I will be changing my star rating from 1 to a 5 because the owner cared enough to at least make an attempt. Basic level respect goes a long way.“

My husband who is very particular with his beard has not gone to a barber in over 10 years, we gave Michael a try and he did one heck of a job. He’s personable and treats you as a long time client. We brought our son who cries every time he gets his hair cut…. Not with Michael. He put cartoons on and let our son no what ever was doing. Kai now loves barber mike! Oh.. and we even got to hang with our Frenchie’s Frenchie, Willow!
