They were beyond fantastic with my 14 year old Pekingese! He needed quite a few extractions. He has heart disease and chronic back issues, and they took extra steps to make sure he was comfortable and safe for his long procedure. When he had some issues with his incisions post-op, they got him in immediately and fixed everything in a matter of hours. The staff is very kind and professional. I'm so grateful we have such an exceptional specialty clinic in town! Worth every penny.
The entire process from initial consult thru final pick up after surgery, was an extremely positive experience. The entire staff is professional, friendly and caring to us and our dog. We appreciated the continuous communications from drop off thru surgery process from staff and Dr. Adley personally. The follow-up booklet was amazing, which included photos, Dr notes, procedure and additional FYI. Thank you for taking great care of our furbaby : )
Retracting last review. Office called next business day (they were closed due to weather when I initially called). Not only did they call, they followed up with an email containing very useful information. Will update review after consultation appt.
