Laura was kind, welcoming and very professional as soon as I walked in the door. I love her intimate space and central city location. I received a barefoot deep tissue massage and was blown away at this unique technique and the results I received through my tight muscles. I would highly recommend her Ashiatsu massage to help relieve years of tension!

I moved here about a year ago and finding a bodywork person is always one of the hardest things for me when I move. Between working at a desk all day for work and weightlifting and dance 6-7 days a week I destroy my body on a regular basis. Laura is the perfect results oriented person for bodywork! She really does listen to what is bothering you and with her background and knowledge uses a variety of cupping/muscle scrapping/etc to give you real relief. Nothing is worse than going to a new bodywork person and they just slather lavender oil on you and refuse to deviate from their scripted massage to work on areas that really trouble you. Laura is an extremely effective cranio sacral therapist! I walked into her office like a hyper Chihuahua and walked out like a calm St Bernard! Her treatment help me to have an almost completely uninterrupted night of sleep which is a very rare thing for me these days.
