Ray and Kail came out EARLY... yes folks you heard that right... and got our gas line and fireplace key valve replaced with precision and quality parts that also supported a locally owned company as well. My hot water heater pilot light has been going out for the last several months. Ray came out and cleaned it which didn't clear up the issue. Altitude immediately scheduled another service. Lonny, the owner came out personally and determine that there was a recall on the gas valves (the last three from other repair services were bad). Lonny worked with his supplier, got the right valve and installed it. Problem fixed. My family and I are so grateful to Lonny and his company for fixing this issue once and for all. I will not hesitate to contact Altitude for all my heating and cooling needs in the future. A++++++++++

Lonny and his crew at Altitude are amazing. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable. They installed a central AC for our family home. It was a quick install, they did a top-notch job. Always very responsive, those guys make the whole process easy.
