I had a 3pm appointment and our contractor was over 15 minutes late. These people do not respect your time and he should've sped just a little bit faster while driving down i25. Lawn is still as smooth as this driver's brain. (Truck AAG-140, BVK-211). Seriously though, we were cut off on a single lane on ramp and run off the road due to recklessness. This company needs a better driver training program.

They did great on the install, Brandon made a great plan that looks great. Extremely long wait time in the install, the quality of bushes/trees Scott is very argumentative, not customer service oriented at all, they go back on their word when Brandon says the warranty will be extended due to the install date and doesn’t communicate that with anyone else there, you are left with dead trees and bushes that you paid for that will not get replaced. Their idea of a growing season is paperwork only doesn’t actually have anything to do with when the plants actually grow. Very disappointing.

I called to see if they would take a look at a tree they had planted in Midtown Collection. The install of the tree was correct, but our late spring snow was just too much for this new tree. I asked them to replace the tree, at my cost of course since the damage was from the weather. They actually were able to prune back the tree instead of removing it. I wanted to pay them for their time of trimming the tree and the owner of the company said there was not charge since they were in the neighborhood. That was an act of kindness that I wanted to comment on.
