Tom was very knowledgeable and showed up ahead of time to assess the exterior of the home. He took the time to answer all my questions in a thorough and polite manner. He pointed out potential trouble spots and how to remedy them. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Very happy with A Precise Home Inspection. They were very able to provide me with an inspection report the same day. The added images were especially helpful along with adding tags for the water shit off and sprinkler shut off. Thanks.
