Had a leak on my hot water heater so I called them left a message. I was contacted a short time later and had them at my house. Fixed my issue and was very professional. Did not cost an outrageous amount no call out fee due to it being Sunday. Extremely fair price and very impressed. I will be using this company for any plumbing issues I have. Thank you

I am a disabled veteran and M1Pro Plumbing showed up on a Sunday and fixed two hose bibbs that were leaking. Another company gave me a quote that was 4 times what Ben charged and he did it on a Sunday.

On Saturday morning, I noticed a water puddle near my water heater in the garage. It was a sure sign the water heater had a leak and needed replacing. I called two other plumbing pros who claimed 24 hour service. No answer. That is when I noticed the stellar reviews for M1 Pro. Ben answered the phone on the first ring and was at my door in 15 minutes. ON A SATURDAY!! A little while later I had a shiny new, professionally installed, water heater at a reasonable price. These guys are professional, courteous, and energetic. Our government should work so well. Good job and well done M1 Pro!
