I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 on December 31st 2023 with TCUTZ. I arrived at my appointment at 1:57 p.m.. when I got there I noticed the doors were locked at Phoenix Salon. I found contact information for my appointment and use the phone number and left a voicemail. When I received no response to my voicemail I sent an email. After waiting over 45 minutes for anyone to respond, I received a no-show text. This place is very unprofessional and should not be in business as it wastes the time of customers and that is not acceptable.

I bought a Groupon for a haircut and shampoo. I scheduled an appointment a week prior. Nikki cancelled 2 hours before the appointment due to a family emergency. Can't speak for her quality, but professionalism is lacking.
