I couldn’t be happier with this company. There aren’t many companies today that I can say are completely honest and don’t take advantage of you. Christophe and Koffi were professional and friendly. They went around to my vents and furnace, educated me on how to take care of my new home, and even informed me that my vents were clean and don’t need service (showing me photos of their condition). Since we moved into our home back in 2017, I have always wanted to have the air ducts cleaned. The home was built in 2009/2010 then lived in for 7-8 years before we took ownership. I could see the crud when looking into the floor vents. FINALLY!! I found AAA Quality Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning. Can't say enough about the job they did. 15 years of construction debris, animal hair, and food GONE! My only regret, not doing this much sooner. They also cleaned out our dryer vent. AAA was able to get me on their schedule at the very last minute when another company was a no-show. The job was a requirement to close and once the other company no-showed I was panicked to find someone to fit in a four hour time window. AAA was communicative throughout the whole process, from the scheduler to the clean out crew. They are worth every penny and are professional in everything they do.
