Lee called me back quickly and requested pictures of the stairs, and once I emailed the pictures and dimensions to him, he sent me a quote within the day. They verified location with us and painted our pipes to match our house (we were actually able to find the matching paint in the garage!) in a spot that was not an eyesore for our house.
