We work small to medium sized investors and portfolios only in our focused geographic footprint of south Denver and it's surrounding suburbs. Our primary areas of coverage are Douglas County (Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker & Castle Rock), Arapahoe County, Littleton, and Southern Denver County. We offer our owners and residents top-shelf technology through Buildium (https://www.buildium.com/) which provides log-in capabilities to access reporting, invoices & other documents. This software also, facilitates electronic payment (including credit cards) for our residents and distributions for our owners.
