The two guys I've spoken with are wonderful. On time, very professional, and boy do they know their stuff. They both took the time (one on the phone, the other in person) to explain what they were doing, why, what I could expect, and what to look for/do in the future.They really alleviated my spider fears. They are just now beginning to treat, so I fully expect all the spiders to be gone soon!

I too had a terrible customer service experience. Richard was condescending, rude, and threatening. He showed no interest in servicing the needs of my community. We will be going with another service provider. Don't know how Pest Express can stay in business with this kind of customer service.
