My service tech was great. He was timely, explained what he was doing, and what the issue was. Only gripe was the cost. Felt a little high for the service. Will shop around more next time.
When I called Mr. Rooter yesterday I didn't realize it was my lucky day! I got the "A" Team.My experience began around a year ago when water was backing up from the floor drain in the basement when the washing machine went into the spin and rinse cycle. Google maps foundMr. Rooter for me. The tech they sent me snaked out the drain and stopped the backup. He also sold me a few bottles of enzymes for monthly maintenance to keep the flow going. I first learned about the enzymes from another home owner at an HOA meeting where I live. She told me that "once you get the drain cleared, keep it cleared with the enzymes once a month". They came out and ran a snake through our pipes. They were very professional and clean. Jace was very polite and just a great person. They even called us and we're able to come early! Thank you Mr. Rooter!
