I spent a lot of my free time for at least a couple of weeks trying to find anyone who could fix a zipper slider on an expensive ski jacket. I went on line looking and called several directly, i.e., dry cleaners, shoe repair, boutique shops, including one that was supposed to specialize in this but only open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and never returned my inquiry. One was over 20 miles away (too far). One lady at her shop told me that she had "a spare zipper slider. If that doesn't work, I can replace the whole zipper (yeah... right...)". I moved further away from the cleaners and STILL drive there because they are great! Most recently they came through on an emergency hemming of bridesmaid dress. Had it done in just over 24 hours! Can't thank them enough and recommend them highly.Service: Alterations
